To register an account and use the services offered by elexbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

elexbet reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the eligibility requirements listed above have not been met, without any obligation to provide a reason for such refusal or suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on elexbet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment method identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. elexbet will never ask you to disclose your password in any communication, whether by email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must notify elexbet immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. Contact the support team at support@elexbet in the event of any suspected unauthorised access.

• Account details, including your registered name, date of birth, and National ID number, cannot be changed after successful KYC verification without providing further documentary evidence satisfactory to elexbet.

elexbet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are available through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at elexbet's discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. elexbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared payment accounts, or anonymous payment sources. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to a verified account in your name. elexbet reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount within a calendar month exceeds ৳50,000.

By placing any bet or wager on elexbet, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily, as an adult, using funds that are legally your own, and that you understand and accept the outcome of each bet is not guaranteed. Gambling involves financial risk. elexbet does not guarantee any return on any wager placed on the platform.

Specific betting rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type are published on the relevant section of the elexbet platform. These sport-specific and game-specific rules form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read and understood before placing any bet in the relevant category. Key general principles that apply across all wagering activity on elexbet include:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by elexbet, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the user, except in circumstances explicitly provided for in the specific rules for that market.
• Odds displayed on the platform at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which that bet will be settled, unless an error in the odds has been made (see Error Policy below).
• elexbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect, erroneous, or manifestly mispriced odds. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account in full.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your elexbet account balance. The credited amount will reflect the stated odds multiplied by the stake, minus any applicable deductions stated in the specific market rules.
• elexbet reserves the right to suspend betting on any event, market, or game at any time without notice, including during live in-play betting, where there is a technical issue, data feed error, or integrity concern.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, platform vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and voiding of all affected bets.
